Can I customize an order?

Yes! L'Donna frequently customizes orders for weddings, gifts, and to incorporate special heirlooms. You can customize orders by emailing us at ldonnajewelry@comcast.net

 

When can I expect my order?

Each item is hand-made. Once you've placed your order by emailing us at ldonnajewelry@comcast.net, you can expect it to arrive via USPS within 1-2 weeks. Thank you for your patience! 

 

What are the necklaces named after?

With a love of family, I wanted to add a touch of home to L'Donna. All of the necklaces are named after family members and loved ones.

 

What if my item is broken or damaged?

Broken or damaged merchandise will be replaced or repaired within 50 days of purchase. Please email us for more details about this at ldonnajewelry@comcast.net.     

 

What if I want to return my order?

L'Donna does not accept returns. All items are custom and made with love. Therefore, they are final sale--no exchanges.
